Write to p.grabowski.kontakt@gmail.com and say what happened. If a document came out wrong, saying which school it was from and roughly what the letter said helps more than a screenshot of the app.
How do I cancel the weekly subscription? In the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Nothing you have added is deleted — your list is all there if you come back.
I bought it and it is asking me to buy it again. Tap Restore purchases — it is on the paywall and in Settings. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with.
It read my letter wrong. Nothing is saved until you tap Add, and every line can be corrected where it stands before you do. If it consistently misses something, write and tell us what the letter said.
Does my child's letter get sent anywhere? No. Documents are read on your phone by software built into iOS, and nothing read out of them leaves the device. See the privacy policy.
Will my list appear on my other phone? It follows your Apple Account where iCloud syncing is available. Settings tells you which it is doing.
I want my data deleted. There is nothing of yours to delete — we hold none of it. Deleting the app removes everything on the device.
