Due This Week does not collect your data.
That is not a summary of a longer answer — it is the answer. There is no account, no sign-up, no server of ours, and nothing about you or your children is sent anywhere.
What the app holds, and where. The children you name, the adults you name, the items on your list, and the documents you share in are stored on your device. If you have iCloud turned on, Apple's own private database syncs them between devices signed in to your Apple Account. We cannot see any of it: it is your Apple Account, not ours.
Documents you share in are read on your phone. When you share a PDF, an email or a photo into Due This Week, the app reads it using software built into iOS — including Apple's on-device language model where your device has one. The document does not leave your phone, and neither does anything read out of it.
Photos and the camera. Due This Week asks for a photo or the camera only when you choose to add one, and uses it only to read that document.
Notifications are scheduled by your device, from the items already on it. Nothing about them reaches us.
Buying the app. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive Apple's own anonymous sales reports; we never see your name, your email or your payment details.
No analytics, no trackers, no advertising. The app contains no analytics framework, no advertising identifier and no third-party SDK of any kind. It makes no network requests of its own.
Children. Due This Week is for parents, not children, and is not directed at anyone under 13. The names you type are yours to type; we never see them.
Your rights. Because we hold nothing about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device; deleting the app's data from iCloud is done in the Settings app under your Apple Account.
Changes. If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous version stays in the project's public history.
